But it also marked another significant event, the creation of Houston Cool Pools. After 10 years of frustration working for a large pool builder, we were unhappy with the level of knowledge, customer satisfaction and service provided by that company and throughout the industry in general. After the sale was made there was little to no communication with the customer, and the level of service was not what was promised. aaaWe knew there had to be a better way. We knew we could provide it. So we formed Houston Cool Pools. Our goal was never to be the biggest, just the best. To never grow to the point where we could not fully satisfy our customer, to build a pool correctly and with the quality of service that we could b e proud of.
